Summary of works: 59-63 Trinity Church Square – External repairs and redecoration to front and rear elevations including redecoration to facade, external doors, windows, metal railings, timber repairs, masonry repairs plus investigation and remedial works to roof areas, new resident fire doors and associated works.
Summary of works: Shaftesbury House, Trinity Street – Internal communal area repairs and redecorations including new floor coverings, full redecorations and new pigeon holes, fire alarm installation plus new fire doors to flat entrances. External repairs and redecorations to front and rear elevations including redecoration to facade, external doors, windows, metal railings, timber repairs, masonry repairs, cleaning plus investigation and remedial works to roof areas.
