Summary of works: The conversion of two terraces houses into three flats; one x 3-bedroomed, wheelchair accessible ground floor flat and two x 1-bedroom first floor flats.

Description of works:

Works consisted of initial demolition and strip out and drainage alterations, new heating systems, electrical re-wire, emergency lighting, new kitchens and bathrooms, sound and fire proofing, alterations to the internal layout, new front and rear entrance doors and window replacements to all elevations, new floor finishes, internal and external decorations and alterations to staircases.

Specialist fittings were installed in the ground floor flat to ensure it was DDA compliant and wheelchair accessible as follows:
