Major projects completed for Thanet DC

We have now completed two major projects for Thanet DC. The conversion and refurbishment of three Victorian and listed properties in Margate plus a £1.7m refurbishment project in Ramsgate which includes the conversion of a large Victorian flooring warehouse into 13 dwellings. We are pleased to have provided extensive opportunities for the local workforce on these projects with at least 50% of staff from within 10 miles of the site. Thanet can be proud of its investment in these projects.
