West End Office Refurb
220-226 Tottenham Court Road is the site of our latest office refurbishment project, this time for the City of London. It began last week with an out of hours demolition and strip out phase.
The Elms - extension and upgrading
Operated by South East London Baptist Homes Ltd, The Elms is a care home located in leafy Dulwich a few yards from our original HQ. Work here includes an extension at first floor level to provide more care rooms and general upgrading works including a new lift.
New Doors for Lewisham Homes
Work begins on a 10 week project on Somerville Estate for Lewisham Homes. Standage is to replace nearly 200 front entrance doors, a few tens of replacement uPVC porches, and carry out minor building repairs.
A little bit of history
Standage is carrying out refurbishment to a residential flat within St Lawrence Jewry, a Grade I listed church designed by Sir Christopher Wren.
City of London contract secured
Standage have secured a three year schedule of rates contract with the City of London to carry out office refurbishment across the City's central London estate.
