Office Refurbishment Works Commence in EC4Y
Standage have been awarded a contract by the City of London to stripout 4th floor offices in Whitefriars Street EC4Y. The works include a new suspended ceiling system, new toilets, new electrics and lighting, new flooring and re-decorating.
4-14 Tabernacle Office Stripout Starts
Standage have been awarded a contract by the City of London to completely strip out an office block back to core and shell. The office block is located in the financial district in London and comprises 5 floors.
36-38 Whitefriars Street External Refurbishment
Standage have commenced work on 36-38 Whitefriars Street, EC4. The contract is for external refurbishment works including: roof repairs, high level edge protection, specialist stone cleaning, woodcare, window replacement and all external render repairs and decorating.
Chronicle House, Refurbishment
Standage have been awarded a new contract by the City of London to refurbish the entrance lobby to 72-78 & 80-81 Fleet Street. Works also include WC and shower room renewals.
St Saviours Estate Refurbishment Work Completes
St Saviours Estate Refurbishment work completed in February 2011, with positive feedback coming from both client and residents.
London Fire Solutions
Standage are pleased to announce that they have partnered with London Fire Solutions for the provision of 3rd party certified fire doors and screens. London Fire Solutions is both BM Trada and Firas approved, providing a variety of solutions to clients on the supply and installation of front entrance doors, communal screens and fire stopping.
2nd Project for Family Mosaic
Family Mosaic Housing Association have awarded a new contract to Standage to build extensions and loft conversions to at least six properties throughout London. This follows a successful first refurbishment project for Family Mosaic which has received much praise.
Tabard Estate- Decent Homes
Standage has just completed the decent homes project to Harbledown and Rochester Houses on the Tabard Estate. Works included fitting new kitchens, wetrooms and central heating systems. All properties also received new front entrance doors and complete electrical rewires. The two blocks also underwent extensive external refurbishment.
Lewisham Homes-Major Structural Works
Standage have commenced a new project for Lewisham Homes, providing structural improvements to various properties throughout the borough of Lewisham. Works have included brick ties, underpinning, reinforcement works to single dwellings and blocks of flats.
Greenacres School-Greenwich
Another successful job – Standage carried out window replacements to Greenacres School over the Christmas holiday. With tight timescales to meet, Standage delivered with the school extremely happy with the end result.
St Saviours Estate
Decent Homes work commences at St Saviours Estate in Bermondsey with internal and external refurbishment to five occupied housing blocks. Works include replacement roofs, concrete repairs, external redecoration, new kitchens and new bathrooms, electrical and mechanical upgrades and general estate improvements. (Keep a look out for the site if you travel by train into and out of London Bridge!)
