Structural Works at 50 Gresham Street
Commenced in February, structural works have been carried out on behalf of the City of London to the basement area of this period building in the heart of the City. Work comprised structural column repairs and encasement, the installation of new steel beams and support structures, damp proofing and general building repairs.
Window Replacement at Jubilee Crescent, Isle of Dogs
Our first contract with Southern Housing Group, works included a full window renewal programme and kitchen upgrades to five listed occupied housing blocks.
St Saviours Estate
Decent Homes work commences at St Saviours Estate in Bermondsey with internal and external refurbishment to five occupied housing blocks. Works include replacement roofs, concrete repairs, external redecoration, new kitchens and new bathrooms, electrical and mechanical upgrades and general estate improvements. (Keep a look out for the site if you travel by train into and out of London Bridge!)
