These prestigious buildings have undergone various refurbishment programmes. Standage were employed to carry out refurbishment works both internally and externally.

Communal lavatories were completely refurbished in the basement areas of the offices.
Two large office spaces were stripped back to the walls, plastered and redecorated. New electrics were installed and parquet flooring was repaired.
A wetroom was fitted as part of the ugrading project.
Above ground drainage was renewed to the outside of the building.
Openings were created for the installation of new boiler flues.
