The project involved extensive scaffolding to two elevations of the building to facilitate external maintenance works.
- Large glass panels were replaced to the front elevation.
- Stainless Steel channels were re-fixed down the front facade.
- Old metal capping was replaced with a Stainless Steel Capping to blend in with the aesthetics of the building.
- Water sealing was carried out to cladding panels.
- Water sealing and mastic work was carried out to two Stainless Steel arches.
- Solar Reflective paint was applied to two arches on the building.
