The project involved the refurbishment of the 4th floor offices.

The old office partitions were removed leaving an open plan office.
The old suspended ceiling system and carpet tiles were removed.
Old services were removed including fan coil sensors, plumbing to an old kitchen and old power and data cabling.
New wiring was carried out in the access floor and ceiling void.
A new lighting installation was put in with a new metal ceiling grid system.
The airconditioning system was re-configured to accommodate the new layout.
The office was redecorated and new carpet tiles were installed.
The toilet areas were refurbished with new Armitage Venesta units and the marble walls and floors were polished.
