The project involved external refurbishment works to a 7 storey office block.
- Extensive scaffold was erected to accommodate external refurbishment works.
- Stone repairs and cleaning was carried out to the portland and bath stone detailing to to all elevations.
- Brickwork and concrete repairs were carried out around the building along with considerate re-pointing.
- Woodcare was carried out to old sashes to improve appearance and extend their lifespan.
- New aluminium windows were fitted to all elevations on the 6th floor.
- Asphalting works were carried out to the main roof and lower balcony roofs.
- Lightning protection systems were improved to comply with current regulations.
- New galvanised safety handrails were fitted to the main roof and lower balconies.
- A new steel emergency staircase was fitted.
- The whole building was redecorated externally.
- Rainwater goods repairs were carried out
