The project involved the complete stripout of a 4 storey office block back to core and shell.
- All internal walls, floors, fixtures and fittings were removed.
- All toilets were removed and services capped off.
- Windows were boarded up.
- Security systems were installed to secure the building.
- All mechanical and electrical installs were removed back to the substation.
