The project involved internal and external works to the 50 Gresham Street, EC2V.
- The basement area was gutted out and the walls were tanked and plastered.
- Structural works were carried out to the front of the building along with the installation of a rigideck system internally.
- The shop frontage was replaced and redecorated.
- A sump pump was installed to the basement area.
- External decorating was carried out as part of the maintenance works.
- Stone cleaning and restoration works were carried out around the building.
