The project involved refurbishment works to the main reception areas to 72-78 and 80-81 Fleet Street and the installation of a basement wetroom.

Old suspended ceilings were removed and reinstated with a modern ceiling system and lighting.
Walls were stripped back to brickwork, plasterboarded and plastered.
New electrics were installed along with the lighting installation.
Fire stopping works were carried out to various locations.
New Amtico flooring was laid throughout along with new skirtings.
The reception areas were redecorated.
A new bespoke reception desk was built for 72-78 Fleet Street.
A new wetroom was installed in the basement of 72-78 Fleet Street.
French polishing was carried out to the main entrance doors.
Stone repairs and cleaning was carried out to the front facade and entrance steps.
New stainless steel handrails were fitted to the main entrance doorways.
