The project involved external works to the old Nicholls & Clarke Buildings on Elder Street, E1.
- The old timber windows received extensive woodcare treatment to prolong their lifespan.
- External repair works were carried out to the buildings.
- Roof repairs were carried out to prevent water ingress into the buildings.
- External decorating was carried out as part of the maintenance works.
