Void Security

Squatting and trespass has long been a problem for property landlords. Access prevention can be required for a variety of reasons:

Dangerous structures
Buildings due for demolition
Temporary void prior to refurbishment

We have worked closely with social housing landlords, the police and fire services especially to devise a very effective method of making properties secure whilst maintaining access in case of emergencies.

Most recently we have helped Southwark Council secure properties on the Aylesbury and Heygate Estates in Camberwell and Elephant & Castle areas due to be demolished prior to the areas regeneration. The stakeholders have all been impressed with job completion times following receipt of order and our cooperation with the emergency services.
