Over 43 weeks, decent homes work was carried out to four blocks in Peckham. The work included:
- Complete renewal of Asphalt roofs to each block with 20-year guarantee backed system
- External redecoration to communal areas, balcony soffits and other previously painted areas
- Concrete and render repairs
- Repairs and overhauls to existing uPVC double-glazed windows
- Front Entrance Door Replacement
- Electrical and Mechanical services renewals
- Kitchen renewals to all tenanted dwellings
