Works were carried out to the Eveline Lowe Estate in Bermondsey, SE1 over 30 weeks.
- Kitchens were replaced.
- Old heating systems were replaced with new heating systems.
- Properties were re-wired to comply with current electrical regulations.
- Existing timber and expired uPVC windows were renewed with uPVC windows.
- All external decoration was refreshed and re-painted
- Front Entrance Doors were replaced with tri-laminated timber doors with multi-point locking mechanisms
- Lateral mains were replaced to the dwellings.
