Works were carried out to Fearnley House on the Lettsom Estate, SE5. The block was converted from 40 sheltered housing units to 18 residential dwellings.
- The project involved structural steel elements.
- New party walls were created.
- New front entrance doors were fitted.
- New windows were fitted across the building.
- New central heating systems were fitted.
- The properties had complete rewires.
- Acoustic insulation was used to comply with current building regulations part E and L.
