Works were carried out to 327-355 Manchester Road, E14. The development comprised of 5 blocks with a total of 30 properties.
- All windows were replaced with UPVC.
- New front entrance doors were fitted throughout.
- Kitchens were replaced with new modern designed units.
- Insulation was fitted to all ground floor properties to improve thermal insulation.
- Electrics were upgraded across the properties to comply with current regulations.
