Works to both Estates included underground drainage repairs, jetting and de-scaling of drains.
At the Old Neckinger Estate, the existing 100mm drainage pipes were enlarged to 150mm, installing new inspection chambers and branch drains to the base of discharge stacks and gullies. A new macadam surface was laid to access roads with line markings. Other drainage works were carried out alongside.
