Works were carried out to a three 3 storey residential blocks and seven 2 storey residential blocks, SE1 over 45 weeks.
- Asphalt was replaced to all communal walkways.
- New composite windows were fitted across the estate.
- All the external areas were redecorated.
- New front entrance doors were fitted across the blocks.
- Some kitchen replacements were carried out.
