Works were carried out to various houses and sheltered accommodation to Somerville Estate, SE15.
- New front entrance doors were fitted with high security doors complying with PAS 23 & 24.
- Existing porches were replaced with uPVC, improving the aesthetics of the properties.
- Windows were replaced in the sheltered housing units with double glazed uPVC, making the properties more energy efficient.
- Concrete repairs were carried out to various areas across the estate.
