Trevithick House Roof Replacement

A replacement roof was completed to a 16 storey tower block in Bermondsey.

A new pluvitec overlay system was used with thick insulation to comply with current building regulations.
A large hoist tower was installed and a specially designed counterweighted scaffold was erected at roof level to accomodate the roof works.
Lightning protection was upgraded to the building.
Dry riser alterations were carried out at roof level by a specialist fire protection company.
A new safety key clamp handrail was fitted to the perimeter of the roof to create a safe environment for any future maintenance works carried out on the roof.
