Extensive external refurbishment was done to this grade 11 listed building. Works included stonework repairs, flat and pitched roof repairs, timber repairs together with lightening protection works and other associated repairs and TORC cleaning works.

Additional window replacements were also required. Extensive scaffolding was required to access the work in a tight central London location with the building being utilised throughout the program.
