St Saviours Estate Phase 1B

Well it almost feels like we never left! Work begins on our second phase of works at the St Saviours Estate in Bermondsey, London on behalf of Southwark Council. Over £3m of internal and external improvement works are to be delivered under Southwark’s “Warmer Drier Safer” scheme.

Southwark Council said “We want to achieve decent homes to meet our aspirations as a housing provider, and also those of our residents, and we are committed to doing so as a stock retained authority. To this end, our objective is to make all our stock warmer drier and safer by 2014, and to include environmental and security works, which will contribute to sustainability and the well-being of our residents.“
