New Contract with Thanet DC

Delighted that we have just been awarded a new contract with Thanet DC for the conversion and refurbishment of properties at Athelstan Road and Trinity Square in Margate. Works will begin in approximately 6 weeks. This project represents another exciting opportunity for us with Thanet DC. The first, a £1.7m refurbishment project in Ramsgate which started in March of this year is progressing well.
