Description of works: Works to this Grade II* listed building consisted of external cyclical works to the north (Fleet Street) and west (Inner Temple Lane) elevations including masonry decorations, window repairs and redecoration, slate roofing renewal and rain water goods repairs.
During mobilisation, we consulted with both City of London and the Honourable Society of Inner Temple which has jurisdiction over Inner Temple Lane to ensure scaffolding and our working programme was permitted to all parties.
