Very Considerate Constructors at the Hayles Building!

We’re delighted to receive a great score for the recent (2^nd) Considerate Constructor Scheme visit to our LB Southwark site at Hayles Buildings in Elephant & Castle. These are the highlights from the summary:

• The overall impression of this site is an excellent one. Several areas in the report have benefitted from the attentions to the environment and the planting around the estate, particularly the hanging baskets.
• The site had previously engaged the young people on the estate in an artwork competition and has now moved on to helping with the community garden as well as the estate garden.
• Residents are kept up to date with the works via regular newsletters and contact with the RLO.
• Head office CSR is clear and promoted well via the site noticeboards.
• Safety came across as very good
• The workforce are looked after well and it was good to see that values and respect type issues are covered in the induction and displayed on the site. Overall this was an excellent site.
• Performance Beyond Compliance Certificate 94593
