3 West End refurbishment projects complete

We’ve completed 3 central London projects for the Langham Estate. They include;

• Moray House in Great Titchfield Street where opening up works to facilitate fire stopping and fire proofing works over 6 floors were finished. It was an occupied internal refurbishment project at Gilmoora House on Mortimer Street. Works, here, included partitioning, electrical upgrades plus internal decorations to the reception area. Finally, on Wells Street, internal refurbishment works included stripping out shower rooms, kitchen and office space plus the removal of wall linings to external walls to allow damp proofing and the reinstatement of new shower rooms and kitchen.
