Summary of Works: This Conversion Project involved the conversion of a former Victorian flooring warehouse into 14 residential units for rent. The premises comprised of an original Victorian warehouse over 3 stories and loft space with various out buildings combined with a 1950’s 2-storey side extension. All fronting a main through road in central Ramsgate.

Description of Works:

• Demolition of 1950’s extension and outbuildings
• Stripping out of Victorian warehouse
• Underpinning external party wall
• Construction of 3 storey side addition, gable rear extension and formation of dormer roofs to entire building
• Formation and fit out of 14no. residential units, a mixture of 2- and 3-bed dwellings
• Renewal of utilities and main services and subsequent domestic M&E systems
• External landscaping
• Renewal of all windows with timber sliding sashes
