Summary of works: A major social housing refurbishment project for Leathermarket JMB, a resident-run organisation that manages over 1500 homes. The Elim Estate benefited from a range of exterior and interior refurbishments.
Description of works:
Concrete and brickwork repairs
Renewal of flat roof above staircases
External decorations and repairs to all concrete, render and staircases
New fencing
Window replacements
New resin courtyard area
Renewal of lighting throughout the estate
