Duke of Cambridge opens Haberdashers Apprenticeship House
So good to see the Duke’s involvement in such a worthy cause and honoured to be asked, ourselves, to remodel this space and transform it into a modern vibrant home, providing accommodation for seven residents. More pictures of the refurbished space coming soon. Meanwhile see the Duke of Cambridge here https://www.standard.co.uk/news/uk/prince-william-marks-50-years-of-homeless-charity-centrepoint-with-south-london-visit-a4286231.html and see a great testimonial from Centrepoint themselves.
“In early November refurbishment works were completed at Haberdashers Apprenticeship House by local building contractor, Standage & Co. Ltd. Remodelling and rejuvenating the house, Standage bought what was a disused run down hostel and transformed it to become a modern vibrant home, providing accommodation for seven residents. We were very proud to have the Duke of Cambridge officially open the building at the beginning on November. The Duke made some very positive comments about the project, therefore we would like to pass on our thanks to Standage who completed the works to such a high standard and for supporting Centrepoint in changing the lives for young people.”
