Description of project:

This internal refurbishment project in the centre of London was started in the spring but was paused during the Covid-19 lockdown. Works resumed in August and included the following:

1)    Full strip out of all services back to the building fabric.

2)    Full electrical services including new lighting, power and data.

3)    Full mechanical services including all new plumbing, heating, AC and fresh air system.

4)    2 x new kitchen areas including Zip taps.

5)    Full toilet refurbishment including new tiling, WC’s, basins, hand dryers and shower area.

6)    Full decoration throughout.

7)    New engineered wood flooring throughout.
