Ezra Community Centre

Working closely with MAB architects this £2.5m Design & Build community centre was completed in under a year for Greenwich Council.

Located in SE18 the 10,000 sq ft community centre and nursery is an asset to the local area. Together with an extension, the refurbishment of the existing centre benefits from both solar power and heat source pumps to ensure a pleasant social environment.

Working in the Greenwich borough involved conducting a WW11 bomb survey before piling work began. Other challenges included incorporating a new electric sub station and exceeding the high standards of the client. The client was delighted with the outcome and we wish them a long and productive use of the building.
